Just had a tire swapped from my one wheel to the next. Charged me $30 for a job that would be $10-15 anywhere else. Usually pleased with their work but little things like this piss me off and made them lose my business and the couple other people I have talked to about it. Simple customer service and fair prices can take your business a long way. I know $30 isn't much but it's a lot considering it took the guy 5 min to swap tires that were already off the vehicle.
