I would have rated dr Kelly and her assistant 5 stars a couple months ago. But they have recently drove me to the point of no return with Thier lies just to get rid of me. I'm a chronic pain patient she prescribed me amphetamine 6 or 9 months ago for adhd and I got a Dirty us for amphetamine. Figured honest mistake somewhere dr Kelly will understand and help since she's the prescribing doctor. NOPE! They preceded to lie to me and tell me the ER would handle my pain. EVEN THOUGH HE HUSBAND IS THE HEAD ER DOCTOR. And she knows better that they don't handle chronic pain. Made me look like an idiot... So embarrassing... They just lied to get rid of me and now I'm faced with get my meds off the street or suicide. Thanks allot thought I found a doctor whom cares..by the way it's not like I'm just a screw off I offered to do whatever type of ua program they want to prove it was an honest mistake.. Then got other lies about the Surgeon Generals letter cutting all non cancer patients or non preop off. Another lie. Surgeon General says 4 a day 120 a month which I was on. Dr Kelly was my favorite doctor ever until this mishap hope she fixes it.
Apparently this office makes a habit of giving people the run around and not returning calls, thank God we weren't dying!!! We were treated like crack heads all my wife and I wanted to do is get some sleep. I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone unless you just like getting jerked around!!!
I would have rated higher about 1 month ago. We have had the complete run around by personnel in this office. Was told to take our problem to the ER which wasnt deemed an emergency haven't heard back in a few days after leaving a message. I'm saddened to see this happen to what was a good clinic.
I was visiting Glenwood to see relatives. While I couldn't reach a live person, or get a call back, from a clinic in Glenwood on the Glenwood Medical Associates phone number, I was able to reach one at the Silt Medical Center. They gave me an appointment that day, I drove over from Glenwood to the clinic , and had minimal paperwork to fill out , and after a five minute wait saw a very nice practitioner that took a good amount of time, really listened, examined me, and diagnosed my problem. The prices were reasonable and it was a very good experience. Highly recommend.
